Site very slow when products are filtered?

    Hello,

    We pushed our site live, everything seems to be working fine – but we have an issue, when a customer trys to filter a product or we send a link to a product that is filtered, we get a really really long loading delay.

    For example here:

    https://cagau.com/collections/rolex/?filter_model=datejust

    We followed all the instructions for site speed optimisation:

    Reliable hosting – cloudways
    cache plugin – WP rocket
    CDN – rocket CDN
    Lightweight theme
    Images optimized
    Latest PHP version
    No unused plugins

    But we are still having issues with speed of filtering products?

    Hello,

    Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

    In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
