Button in the header builder link doesn’t work

I have put a contact button inside the header builder. I’ve checked the link inside if it’s correct. It still doesn’t link to the page I want to. The HTML code doesn’t show a link either.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.
If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I did just like you said, but still by deactivating the plugins except the ones you named and switching to the parent theme it doesn’t work.
After googling on the same issue with this theme I came after the realisation that my woodmart template wasn’t updated to the latest version. After updating the issue is resolved.
