Free shipping bar no longer working

Hi there, free shipping bar was working, now its not. I noticed you’d updated the “how to” page so I created a shipping zone with the same free shipping criteria, still not working.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.
