Footer menu layout strange

Hello Elise,

In the footer the collums are gone. In the widgets it looks okay. How is this possible?

I cannot enter your site.

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Classic Widget

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

I just close all the plugins except these yoy told me to put on.
But nothings helps.

I can view the Theme tabs, however, I cannot view the dashboard tabs.

Please check again. Please make the screen of the Footer columns content in Appearance > Widgets.

Thanks for your answer.

I can not find the layout to edit this footer.
I only see this: see attachment, when I go Appearance > Widgets.
And not the other layout to change the tag. Can you change it , so the footers are on the right place?

You can find this widget in the Dashboard > Appearance > Widget > Footer column 1, check other columns as well.
