Toggle function for categories widget

Greetings,
Toggle function for categories widget does not seem to operate, as well as the widget “Product Categories List” does not seem to work whether the Show Hierarcy option is on or off. Hierarcy does not show appear as should though in the preview window when hovering over the options.
What could be going wrong over here?

You have to use another widget for showing categories and it’s the “Product Categories” widget. I have defined it below yours and it started to work properly.

I did not realize i had to use the legacy widget due to widget’s title translations.
