Instagram Problem

    We have a problem since the recent update whereby one of our latest instagram images is displayed as a background across the whole site.

    As soon as you disconnect the Instragam API the site goes back to normal.

    Hello,

    Please remove the Instagram API and then try re-connecting it and check back.

    Hi

    I tried disconnecting the feed and re-connecting last night but the problem reoccurred once the connection had been made

    Please provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

    Ok but this is a fully functioning e-commerce store and it cannot be left with the API switched on as it makes the site almost impossible to use for our customers.

    Please advise how you will check the issue?

    Please reconnect the Instagram API and provide the admin panel login and FTP details of the website.

    Can you give us a time you will look at this? So we can minimise the amount of time the site is unusable for customers?
