    Hello,
    I want to import products file, but i got error telling that you are not allowed to upload this type of file, i send you the screenshot.
    Please can you tell me what is the exact problem and how it will be solved.

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.
