Product images not appearing on pages navigated after initial product list page.

Trying again to lower the size of the video.

I’ve used the Health Check plugin to go in to trouble shooting mode. 1 by 1 I activated the Woodmart Theme, Wood Core and slowly other plugins until I found the culprit, JetPack.

Speaking with WordPress support Jetpack is on by default and can’t be removed / deactivated, they did however help identify that the Lazy Images module was the specific culprit and disabled this – https://jetpack.com/support/lazy-images/

This may help others or the Theme team to be able to handle this or report to JetPack.

Thanks Elise. It’s actually all working now. I identified that when the JetPack Lazy Loading module is switched on (it’s off by default) there is a conflict with the Woodmart Theme somewhere and the images don’t load on navigation change (ie. page to page) and product list changes (ie. 9 / 16 / …).

Note that Jetpack is not removable, however the Lazy Loading is configurable so you may have not tested this with the theme.

You might want to look at this in your development/test environments.
