Tooltip animation issues

    Hello, I’m Danny. Currently my website occur some tooltip issue which is it display like animation from top. Could you please help me to solve this issue?

    Hello,

    I saw that you have some third-party plugins, so please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and check.

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know if the issue will persist.

    Alright, Thanks I have found the error is the preloader plus. Need to deactivate this and build preload by using woodmart preload.
