When importing to 80%, it will appear: AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.

I’ve tried disabling all extensions except what the theme requires, but still get the same result, please help.

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
I also have this problem in my local installation. I have not enabled any third-party plugins

Hello,

The problem is with your hosting timeout parameter of 120 seconds. You need to contact your hosting provider and ask to increase it to 180s.
