    Hi,

When i go to products archive page directly from the link on the main menu, the product name is showing but if i go by clicking from the product categories, the title is missing (shows after refresh).

If on theme settings i disable Ajax Shop on PRODUCT ARCHIVE settings page, it works properly.
    Is this some Ajax bug?

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

We are sorry for the delay.

Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Best Regards

    Hi,

Please reply for both problems i asked about.

    1. The Greek version still has the problem, the title doesnt show. And now the English version is broken.

    2. Some images for page titles are set but do not appear on the page. Any information on that?

    Hello,

Please provide the page URL with the problem, I cannot catch the issue: https://gyazo.com/3d9fd288d9976fc849e4b69e5bab2cd0 and the product is the same in both languages: https://gyazo.com/35fab9cbb4f58ee7252c05f651c201c0

    Hi,

You didn\’t say which OS and browsers you tested it on and worked.
I\’m tried most popular browsers on windows 10 (chrome, firefox, edge) and on multiple computers and it\’s the same issue on everything.
Also when on theme settings i disable Ajax Shop on PRODUCT ARCHIVE settings page, it works properly. So it is a theme issue.
If you cannot find the problem, can you please transfer the ticket to one of your colleagues?

    Thanks

    Hi,

This issue is caused by your custom CSS code, which makes the title white (screenshot https://prnt.sc/qzK5rsSuWZwB). Try to remove the following custom code (screenshot https://prnt.sc/QlIUlX4EkqB5) and check again.

    Kind Regards

    Hi Bogdan,

    Thank you for your help!

You have to admit, it is a weird issue to only be happening by a css. How do you explain that on refresh or on disabling ajax, it was working fine?

Also, did you get a chance to take a look at this?

No header image title, even though it’s entered on page options. It used to show everything, maybe something happened after theme update??

Both of these issues are very odd.

    Hi,

    1. The specificity of your custom CSS selector that makes titles white was not enough to reweight styles that were loaded with AJAX. If you want to customize the site’s typography, we recommend you to do it via Advances Typography options in theme settings.

    2. We have removed and reselect the following image (https://prnt.sc/FGHA7DXCrJ-Q) and now the page title image seems working normally (https://prnt.sc/wGgJwtFHKFMU). We’re not sure what exactly caused the issue, but it may be caused by changing the page URL.

    Kind Regards
