    Please provide the page URL, do you mean our of stock products or deleted products/draft products?

    All products in all categories are in the same condition
    The available products are scattered among the product list and this makes the choice difficult for the user

    Please enable “Hide out of stock items from the catalog ” in the Woocommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory.
