Preset not default

    Hello upon checking my other websites by using woodmart, I can saw the default preset. But currently, the new website does not have a default preset. Can view the below attachment the left side was the default preset from other website and the right side is the new preset that does not have default preset.

    Preset may appear or not appear depending on the demo you upload, you can delete them all in the WoodMart > Demo: https://gyazo.com/7ab5a4f6a9e4dacf1ae7b51979f583f2

    Alright thanks for the information, but actually I’m a little bit confusing. But, I think maybe I need to retrieve the plugin & do as you suggested.

    Yes, please try to remove the presets you do not need, and let us know if any problems occur.
