It looks like you added some custom PHP code to your child theme that causes this problem. You need to remove or fix this code to make this work.

We don’t know since this code is added by you or your developer. By default, our child theme is empty. And our support doesn’t include fixing of any problems caused by the custom code added by you in the child theme.
