Error 500 on Shop Manager Role HTML Block Edit

    Hi Guys,
    I am trying to edit HTML block with Elementor using Shop Manager role user and I get error 500 “You do not have access.” – (On Admin role it works without any issue)
    I switch to one of the default themes and it works fine (with the Shop Manager role), as I activate Woodmart or Woodmart Child I get error 500 again.
    I saw more posts on this issue in the support forum, but I didn’t see any suggested solution.
    Please help.

    Enable WP Bakery Page builder for cms_blocks http://prntscr.com/lx3o2t

    Hi Elise,

    Thanks for your reply.
    Please see the in my first text, we use Elementor (not WP Bakery), the permissions given to Shop Manager and the HTML Block “edit with elementor” checkbox checked.
    Still, the Administrator edits HTML Blocks without any issue, while the shop manager receives error 500 “You do not have access.”
    If I switch to default theme, the Shop Manager can edit the HTML Block. The issue somehow related to Woodmart theme.

    Hello,

    The Shop manager cannot edit HTML blocks and there is no option to grant these rights. You will need to find a role manager plugin to rewrite the default rights.
