Remove some BILLING DETAILS

Hi!
I need to remove some BILLING DETAILS on checkout page:
– Company name
– Country
– State / County
– Postcode / ZIP
and I don’t need to calculate Shipping by Postcode because it will be free.
Please tell me how to deactivate Company name, Country, State/County, Postcode/ZIP so that checkout page works correctly?
