widgets section doesnt load

    when we try to open widgets in admin panel it never loads no matter what we try and do … its just tries to load forever and never finishes to allow us to edit anything.
    we tried all browsers but still nothing.
    is this a known issue/bug?

    Please install this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/ then you will see widgets.

    thanks for the reply it now works but i still cant find the section i need to edit.
    the problem i am facing is that EVERY category page has a text description template at the bottom of the category page. this piece of content doesnt not exist in our products>catgeories. this content is from demo data but i cant remove it. please can you see below and let me know where can i remove this from?

    Hello,

    Please go to edit the category and make sure that you have not added any HTML block shortcode as I have on my test site: https://ibb.co/FnTt2hN

    If you have the shortcode then please remove it and save it. I am sure your issue will be solved.

    Otherwise, send me the WP admin login details and the category page URL where the issue exists so I will check and solve it for you.
