Change Home Page version on Working Website

    Hello,

    We have a live website with many products, we customised our own home page design using WPBakery but now we decided to try WOODMART home page design “Lookbook”. We tried changing the version using the dummy content but nothing changed to the design of home page.

    Can you please help us get the design of the “Lookbook” home page. Our website is live & runnign, please do not alter any other settings apart from the look of the version

    Hi,

    But we can’t test it if the website is running. Importing a new version may cause settings and widgets changes. In this case, try to import it manually via Dashboard -> Tools -> Import -> WordPress. XML file for import may be found in the folder woodmart/inc/dummy-content. There, you can find all versions and pages you need.

    I put the site on maintanance mode for now, will that be fine for testing? Just need to be sure that to products will be lost

    Anyway, we suggest you to do this manually as we wrote previously. It would be much safer way in your situation.
