    Hello,

    I added a popup on my site but it closes automatically after 3 sec.

    What can I do in order to keep it on longer?

    Sorry, but I did not see any popup on the site at this time, can you please share the screenshot of that popup so I will check and give you the possible solution?

    Also, tell me which popup you are using for that, any 3rd party plugin or theme popup element?

    I am really sorry. It was my mistake. The popup is located on checkout page.

    Sorry to say but we have checked the Checkout page on your Site and stayed there for a while but we can’t seem to find any Popup appearing which is automatically closing after 3 sec. Please see the following Video for reference: https://www.veed.io/view/de06c278-0584-491b-8ddc-a3242ef2addc/

    Can you please confirm if it is currently added to your Site?

    Also, please confirm if you have created a Checkout page under the Dashboard > Layout or if you are using the default Checkout page of the Theme. Because currently, the Checkout Templates under the Layouts on your Site are in Draft.

    ok. I fixed it. I have one more problem. I use wpml translator but I can not translate single products layout even if I have the “+” to add my translate.

    I have one more question.
    On a product page I have the reviews tab not working properly. Stars are duplicated on desktop and disappeared on mobile

    Can you please once try deactivating all the third-party Plugins on your Site? If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

    If somehow issue still persists, then please take a complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site (the earlier Login details aren’t working now) with the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.
