ToriTori38ParticipantWe have noticed when analysing our pages that Woodmart creates lots of shop pages which are duplicate pages. Our shop page can be found on this url: https://www.mywebsite.de/online-shop/ which is a one page URL with our shop categories. However Woodmart also creates multiple pages such as this one, which is identlical:
https://www.mywebsite.de/online-shop/page/10/
Why are you adding these URL paignation options for the shop page when we only have one shop page? This really is not good for SEO, even when we have a canonical link in place.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Regards

ToriTori38ParticipantNo this is a Woodmart issue. Any other theme gives a 404 page.
You should pelase check this your end and provide a fix ASAP.October 4, 2022 at 10:56 am #410266
Artem TemosKeymasterWe don’t have such problem on our demo. Please, send us your admin access so we can check on your side.

Artem TemosKeymasterStrange, but it doesn’t work like this on our websites. Could you please temporarily disable external plugins?
Thank you

ToriTori38ParticipantI have deactivated all plugins except for WooCommerce and Woodmart and still the problem is there.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe checked it one more time and it works in the same way with default them too.

ToriTori38ParticipantCan you please remove that link from your previous reply, or put it in the private area. I do not want our site links in the public domain.
I have just refeshed the same page and I have a 404. See screen shot attached.

Artem TemosKeymasterCheck this url
/online-shop/page/3/
for example. It also works correctly even when we refresh the page.October 4, 2022 at 12:40 pm #410349
ToriTori38ParticipantYes I do see that. Strange that the previous page I sent you triggers a 404, unless it is browser cache.
So are you still saying that your setup on your end does not have this issue, or do you think this issue is something all woocommerce shops have?October 4, 2022 at 12:43 pm #410352
Artem TemosKeymasterIt might be a general WooCommerce issue. I guess it works differently between themes because of the different number of products per page.
