waldemarParticipantHi, I have prices from 185 to 549, but price range shows ‘from 180 to 550 €’. How can I have the real prices?
thank youAttachments:

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
In order to solve your issue Please go to Dashboard >> Woocommerce >> Status >> Tools >> and Clear the WooCommerce transients and Expired transients.
Then Regenerate the Product lookup tables and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
See the Screenshot for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/YjfdNFPz
Best Regards.

waldemarParticipantHi Aizaz,
I did as told from you, but the rouding is still active. It’s not really bad, but if the theme settings could have a setting to able/disable it would be fine.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but this Price Filter is coming through the Widget added under the Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Shop page Widget Area > Filter Products by Price and there isn’t an option available to configure it. It automatically picks up the Prices of the Products added on your Site under the Dashboard > Products.
We have confirmed from the Test Site, it is working fine there. So, on your Site please make sure that you are using the updated WoodMart Theme and WoodMart Core plugin. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.3 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If the Theme isn’t updated then try following this Guide from Documentation for the Update: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/
If the issue still persists after updating the Theme and Core plugin, then please try once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue. Hopefully, it will get resolved by then.
Best Regards

waldemarParticipantHi, the bug was on the old version < 7 and also now with theme and core updated. I disabled all other plugins, but it does not change anything. Maybe EU numbers or EU currency is not interpreted well?

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
There is an issue with the 3rd party plugins. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.
Otherwise, keep the 3rd party plugin deactivated and send me the WP admin login details so I will check and solve the issue.
Best Regards.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but we have checked and confirmed this issue on your Site further.
Right now, you have a total of 14 Products on your Site with maximum Price 2990 and lowest Price 185.
And on the Shop page, the Price Filter is showing the price correctly: https://snipboard.io/36ds1a.jpg

waldemarParticipantOk, thank you for confirming the issue. And how could we correct it?
December 17, 2022 at 10:47 am #429520
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
It seems that you didn’t understand our reply. Right now the maximum price product on your Site is of amount 2990 and the Filter is showing that maximum price correctly: https://snipboard.io/vmU0yh.jpg
So, we can’t seem to find any issues with that.Best Regards

waldemarParticipantthis is a (un)lucky coincidence that it worked now for the max price because it finishes with 0.
When I started ticket the max price was 549 and the filter showed 550. The min price is still 185 and the filter shows 180.
I corrected the max price to 2995 and the filter shows 3000.So min and max are always wrong if the price does not finish with 0. It seems a rounding error. Please correct this bug, we are going online just now.

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
Sorry to say but it is the default functionality of this default WP Price Filter widget and unfortunately sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings or in the Widget settings available to change that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
If you want alternatively, you can use the Theme’s own Filter Price widget which is named as WOODMART Price filter under the Widgets area.
Best Regards

waldemarParticipantHi, I tried the woodmart price filter, it seems that this is not a slider but an old style filter? https://markuphero.com/share/3p0RKTFI6FSHF4xUcGuG
I really cannot us thisI found anther filter, but I do not know from which plugin or theme it comes https://markuphero.com/share/wL2YzdDwRAbvVIF9rVEt

Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The Theme itself has only the WOODMART Price Filter which we mentioned and you have checked it as well.
Other than these, we haven’t tested yet so we can’t say much about that. You can look for any third party Plugin in this regard if you want at your own risk. Hope you can understand the limitations here.
Best Regards
