Is there a way to add text to the “Search” icon?

Please advise:
Now I have added plain text so that the user understands that they need to click on the icon so that a large window appears in accordance with the settings (see photo).
But the text is not clickable. I mean: the action happens only when the icon is clicked.
Is it possible to add text to an icon? Like a button with text and an icon?
So that the user receives the disclosure of the search menu both when clicking on the text and when clicking on the icon.

Actually, under the Search style FullScreen there isn’t such functionality available to add Text beside the Search Icon. If somehow you would use any other Text/HTML widget to add the Text then to make it clickable it would still require Customization to do so because there isn’t any option available.
So, according to your mentioned request, we would suggest you to try using the Form style of the Search which will show the whole Search so you wouldn’t need any further Text to make Customers know they have to click the Icon. Please check the following Image: https://ibb.co/m8jqBQh
