Swatch roll over text label not appearing correctly

Hello again.
We updated our live site (everything looked okay with our staging site) but our product attribute rollover texts are not showing correctly. See image in private area. Can you advise what a possible solution?

Okay so I turned on
Shop > Variable products > Show selected option name on desktop and tablet
It stopped the tooltip but isn’t the best solution.

Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
