    Everything is sold on the product card, but for some reason it does not say on the card itself that it is sold.

    There is no blocking of the ip-address 46.118.140.132 from our side.
    Please send a file with a trace from this ip to the site sublife.by.
    Also check if there are any entries in the hosts file on the local computer for your sublife.by domain.
