    Good afternoon!

    I have problems with updating Woodmart
    Before updating, I disable the Woodmart child theme and activate the main Woodmart template.
    The caching plugin is disabled.

    1. When I update the theme, the side menu stops working

    2. When I activate the Woodmart child theme in which I have add. settings, an error pops up that blocks the operation of the entire site.

    У меня возникли проблемы с обновлением Вудмарт
    Перед обновлением я отключаю дочернюю тему Вудмарт и активирую основной шаблон Вудмарт.
    Плагин кеширования сейчас у меня не работает.

    1. Когда я обновляю тему у меня перестает работать меню
    2. Когда я активирую дочернюю тему в которой у меня доп. настройки выскакиевает ошибка что блокирует работу всего сайта.

    Буду вам благодарен за помощь в решении даных задач

    Hello,

    I cannot enter the admin panel, please check the access once more.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    And try to update.

    Perhaps this will help solve the problem.

    If you activate the main theme of Woodmart, and then activate the child theme of Woodmart, the following error occurs https://prnt.sc/Lfoek-3rC9QK

    Only restoring from a backup copy (site files) helps to solve this.

    Hello,

    Could you kindly update the site admin access?

    Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.

    Separate backup copy: files and database.

    На хостинге создается копия сайта каждый день после 2 часов ночи.
    Отдельно резерная копия: файлов и базы данных.
    Например у меня есть обе резервные копии за 14.10.2022

    Я разрешаю вам делать на сайте все что посчитаете нужным.
    В дочерней теме у меня есть некоторые доработки сайта и я хотел бы их сохранить

    За последние 3 года сотрудничества вы мне часто помагали и я вам доверяю)
    Очень надеюсь на вашу помощь. Если есть необходимость я могу дать вам доступ и админ панели хостинга?

    Добавил актульные данные для доступа администратору сайту

    Please make the full backup of your site and insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will update the theme.

    It would be better if you clone the site and move it to the staging site. Then if everything is ok we will update on the live site.

    I didn’t manage to clone the site myself because there were problems with the database. I had to spend 3 days to resolve this issue. Sorry for delay!

    I hired a programmer and he did a great job
    We cloned the site to a subdomain and now it displays and works fine

    Access to hosting, admin panel of the cloned site is the same as the main one. These accesses can be found in our correspondence above

    У меня самостоятельно не получилось клонировать сайт так как были проблемы с базой данных
    Мне пришлось потратить 3 дня чтобы решить этот вопрос

    Я нанял програмиста и он выполнил работу на отлично
    Мы сделали сайт на субдомене и сейчас он нормально отображается и работает

    Доступ к хостингу, админке сайта тот же что и основному

    I activated the plugins related to the theme, then I activated the plugins which were active before the update.

    Most likely some code of functions.php of the child theme got our-to-dated and cause the problem. Please check all the customization.

    Так як сайт не працював так як потрібно я відновив його з резервної копії

    Ви можете установити плагін для резервного копіювання та робити бекапи та відновлення сайту самостійно. Вільного місця на хостингу вистачає.
    Якщо потрібно я можу надати доступ до адмін панелі хостингу?

    Проте для цьтого мені потрібно ваш емейл на пошті gmail.

    В приватному контенты я напишу що мены выдомо про вмыс файла function. php

    Hello,

    Our support does not cover fixing custom code. Our developers are just overloaded working on the theme and have no possibility for additional services.

    In order to solve the issue, please follow these steps.

    Copy and save separately all the content of functions.php of the child theme, and enable it. Then check the site, and make sure everything works properly.

    Then add snippet by snippet checking the site and you will detect which snippet causes the problem. Delete it. In addition, this testing would allow you to detect if which customization snippet is necessary and which is not.
