Problem to open shopping cart widget after Add to cart

    Hi,
    we have settings the right opened “shopping cart widget” on Theme setting > Shop; but the action after Add to cart don’t open a widget. How can resolve it?

    Hello,

    You can fix it by applying patch # 411680. To do this, go to Dashboard -> WoodMart -> Patcher, find the corresponding patch and click on the “Apply” button. Let us know if it doesn’t work for you.

    Hi,
    we have already tried to disable all plugins and the patcher cannot be seen or installed.
    Also the “style.css” file linked to the child theme is salted, until yesterday it worked.
    Is it possible for you to fixed it?

    Hello,

    As we can see, you have a redirect to the shopping cart after adding the product to cart. Please, disable this option in WooCommerce so we can check.

    Hi,
    the “style.css” style sheet on which we are making changes linked to the “woodmart-child” child theme is no longer read and the styles are not correct, until yesterday it worked. Is it possible for you to fixed it?

    Hello,

    Sorry, but we don’t know why it is broken. By default, it doesn’t have any CSS so all the code in that file is added by you. Our support doesn’t cover fixing issues caused by custom code.

    Hi Artem,
    maybe we can’t understand each other well; I try to explain myself better. I am using the child theme of your template, until a few days ago the .css file inside the child theme was read correctly, ota it is no longer read, this means that the changes made by your theme have changed something (besides this open ticket there is another ticket always with you, where they are making changes). To understand what I mean, look at the attached screenshots. Is it possible for you to fixed it?
