Hello, it is impossible to create the mega menu with elementor because when I add and I set the ”HTML Block for the dropdown” I add the right block. The annoying thing is that when I validate, the parameters are not saved. On the other hand I was able to create a normal menu without elementor. I followed your guide but it still doesn’t work, can you please help me.

    Thanks in advance

    Hello,

Please read and follow the instructions here in the theme documentation:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-mega-menu/

In order to create a mega menu it is necessary to create an HTML block separately for each menu item in Dashboard -> HTML blocks – > Add new.
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/

If still you are facing the issue, please share the WP admin login details of your site and a screenshot of the issue what is actually happening after you add the HTML block in the Mega menu.

    Best Regards.

Hello, thank you for your answer. As I told you I followed your guides but it still does not work because when I validate the menu nothing happens. It does not take into account the modifications (only with HTML blocks) I send you the identifiers, thank you

    Hello,

Sorry to say but we have confirmed from the Test Site, the Mega Menu through HTML Block selection is working fine so this clears the fact that it is not a Theme end issue.

On your Site, the Selection of Fullwidth or Set Sizes for the Parent Menu Item is getting automatically changed to default after Saving the Menu. So, this seems to be a third party Plugin conflict on your Site. Can you please once try deactivating all the third party Plugins on your Site. If the issue gets resolved, then reactivate them one by one to see which Plugin is causing the issue.

If the issue still persists, then please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Best Regards
