Themes’ mobile responsive layout is out

The theme is not showing its payout like it was showing initially, like its fixed footer which shows the shops option my account option etc isn’t showing on mobile,

actually i am talking about the mobile view layout.. when I installed the theme first.. on viewing the website it was showing the home button and the shop button and probably my account button in the bottom.
but now its not showing.. I believe there’s some setting issue but i couldn’t find that setting in the theme setting.
please let me know if you can fix this..
