we have more then 5000 products , I am really sure in products grid I’ve set categories that should have more then 20 products not only 5 , could you please give us more time to investigate the problem

Please check the issue with the Storefront theme and Woocommerce Product categories widget with the same settings and let us know how it works.
If it works on the Storefront and does not work on WoodMart, please provide FTP access.
