The Menu Categories not linked properly

The Menu Categories not linked properly when you click on tremco for example it highlights 2 other category and when you click on Basf it highlights another category not basf this isn’t right each category should highlight itself i tried to fix it by going to menu appearance but there’s no way to change it (there’s at the end of the item configuration in menu (original : Tremoco))
how do I fix this?

One active item is underlined and the other is underlined on hover.
