buskerParticipantHi there,
I was using the Html blocks for my newsletter for quite some time, but I think the recent updates might have removed it. The newsletter signup form does not seem to show up even when the code is placed inside “Raw Html” under html blocks.
Please advise.
Thanks!

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The “Newsletter” can be activated via Theme Settings -> General -> Promo popup.
Make sure that you have the newsletter form via Dashboard -> MC4WP -> Form.

buskerParticipantHi Luke,
I like to place it on the footer with a shortcode not a promo popup.
Any advice on that?Thanks.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Instead of “Raw Html”, create a popup with the appropriate form for the “Newsletter”.

buskerParticipantHi Luke,
I know how to do a pop up newsletter, but i do not want a pop up newsletter right now. I would like to use a snippet code to fit into the footer using html blocks. Please advise on this instead. Thanks.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes (e.g WooCommerce Storefront) to understand if is it our theme issue or not?
Looking forward to collaborating with you!
Regards

buskerParticipantHi Luke,
I have another site on flatsome theme, running the same snippet and it works properly. The snippet was working properly until recent updates it is no longer working.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that you should check the issue with the default WordPress theme to understand is it our theme issue or not.
I await your response.
Kind Regards

buskerParticipantHi Luke,
I have tried everything and if i can fix it, i won’t be here asking in this forum and get asked a lot of questions of “Did i do this or did i do that?”. Because I have provided Admin and Access in the beginning for you to assist me and and i would say this support here is clearly not supportive.
I have paid support subscriptions for various themes and plugins and everyone is rushing to fix and attend to any questions. The main problem is “its clearly the theme” and i will have to wait for another new update because you can’t fix it either.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Thank you for your patience.
Please update the access to the admin dashboard and confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
