    Hello, we are experiencing a problem with the mobile mode of our web shop. The problem is that to open a product, the user has to click on the product 2 times to open it. I have found the setting in the theme settings but it doesn’t work even if it is set there that way.

    Hello,

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG
    Switch to the parent theme and check

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Please update all the plugins.
