Serious issues, unable to add to cart?

1, Im unable to add to cart, cant choose any product attribute, both on mobile and pc;
2, when scroll to top, the product page will shake or blink, both on mobile and pc, please see the video attached;
3, have choose collapse widgets on mobile, but still can`t working on mobile
Please solve this as soon as possile, without deactiviate any third plugins.

1,2. Please disable all plugins that are not related to the theme and provide your site admin access to the private area, so I can check what is wrong there.
3. The “Collapse widgets on mobile” option is effective for the default widgets and would not work if you add HTML block widgets.

Problems found, it`s caused by Breeze cache plugin.
