All attribute not showing in my shop page

All the attributes and colors not showing in my website. It was working before the updates, but after the updates the attributes are missing, I deactivated the child theme, and also deactivated all the plugins except the woodmart core, woocommerce and wpbakery.
But I didn’t get the issue why the not some attributes are missing in the sidebar filter of shop page. There are products with all colors and AMP filters but not showing in the side bar

It didn’t update in my screen. I have reloaded the page without cache and also tried in new browser.

Can you please go to WooCommerce > Settings > Tools and perform the following actions:
1. Update the database of the site.
2. Regenerate the product lookup tables.
3. Clear the transients.
After that, check the issue again.
