Actually, we don’t have access to the Customer’s Theme License directly.
So, you would need to follow up the Guidelines mentioned in the earlier given Article regarding the BAD_FORMAT Error that you are getting. Here is the Image referring to that from the Article: https://ibb.co/KXJMY5Y
Please check and follow the guidelines mentioned there. Hopefully, it will get resolved by then.
