Firstly, the option of Open the link in the new tab wasn’t enabled on your Site for this Information Box element which we enabled.
Secondly, as you have added mail to link on it so when you left click on it, it opens a dialogue box prompt asking for how you want to open this with: https://ibb.co/L1NxhXG
So, this seems to be working fine in terms of opening link, as it has the Mail Link.
