    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTPaccess so we can check it?

    Hello，

    Everything goes fine now! I found that the error occured because of the WooCommerce plugin which was deactivated accidentally, but I don’t know what happened.
    So, we can now close this topic, thanks!
