when we placed an order, a part of the website is empty.
see attachment
we have a staging location and we disabled al plugins and woodmart. we enabled default theme and it’s works okay.
so it looks like an issue with woodmart theme.Attachments:

So, this clears the fact that the issue is not at the Theme level.
It seems that you are currently using Staging platform through a third party which is why it is not working correctly on your Site because some of the Customers faced this in their Staging platform but not in actual Development platform. So, can you please once try it on a real Live Domain other than the Staging one and then check back the issue again. Hopefully, you won’t find the issue again.

Your Site Checkout page has a mandatory VAT Number to add which we don’t have to check the issue on your Site. Could you please share a VAT Number in the Private Content field of this Forum for any of the Countries that you have enabled on your Site for the Checkout page so that we can check the Thank You page issue?
Also, please take complete Backup of your Site first, then provide us the permission to completely debug your Site which includes deactivating all the third party Plugins and removal of on-Site Customization changes too, so that we can thoroughly check this issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

Your issue has been solved. I have enabled the Theme Settings >> Shop >> Enable the Default “Thank you page” content option.

Madoo WebdesignParticipantI have checked, the staging location shows the thankyou page content. but dropwdown menu’s are gone/wrong.
In the main site use we this setting and don’t work, so this is not the solution.
please let me know.

Can you please share the WP admin login details of the live site so I will check and solve the issue? Please make sure that after making the changes, you should delete the cache from the site.

We are glad that it worked out for you 🙂
Nothing unique. We just turned off and then again on the Thank You page option under the Theme Settings then removed the Cache and checked back the Page again, it worked.
