    Hello,

    Sorry, but it is the default behavior that the HTML Block doesn’t work for mobile devices.

    You need to add HTML Block as a menu dropdown then add content to the HTML Blocks.

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused, actually you had added HTML Block as a Menu Item on your Site which is incorrect.

    You need to add Category Item or Custom Link on your Site as Parent Menu Item > and then you need to select the Dropdown Settings as Fullwidth > and then you can select the Block in it that you have created: https://ibb.co/VDtGqK5

    Hi,

    I have try as your info but didn’t work, i have created in mobile navigation menu as Category Item or Custom Link but still didn’t work.

    pleas help with this issue because is very important to show menu in mobile as dropdown,

    Hello,

    If you are trying to show the HTML Block Menu in the Mobile view then it can’t be possible because the Block as Menu Item can’t be shown for the Mobile view.

    But if you are using a simple Menu with Sub-items for the Mobile view and it is not showing on your Site then please share valid WP-ADMIN Login details of your Site in the below-listed format on which you are facing the issue so that we can proceed further and check the issue on your Site and assist you accordingly.

    Hello,

    Right now for the Mobile Menu on your Site, you haven’t have any Sub-Menu Items added which is why you aren’t able to see any Sub Items for it: https://snipboard.io/VlnHdK.jpg

    Hello,

    The Drop Down Menu now works fine on your Site: https://snipboard.io/LXNB71.jpg

    Actually, you were using Simple Menu style on your Site for the Mobile Menu but you had selected Drop Down design as Aside which is of the HTML Block one and as you know the HTML Block doesn’t work for Mobile view. So, we have set it to Default and now the Menu works fine on your Site for the Mobile view.
