If you are referring to knowing or editing the Contact Forms, then those are coming through the Contact Form 7 plugin. So, you can go to Dashboard > Contact > Contact Forms > there you can find the Contact Form to edit: https://ibb.co/McYrYCz
Or if you are referring to confirmation Emails or notice wrappers after the Account creation then these are handled by WooCommerce. There isn’t a direct option available for that, you can contact WooCommerce Support for that.
