How to hide some fields and edit other ones in the client account?

Hi
In the client account, as for the billing and delivery addresses, I would like to hide durably the following fields (country, state or department and Zip Code) and I would also like to edit this field (City, in fact, i would like to have a select zone in which I can list some cities to be selected instead of written).
In summary, I want ONLY the following fields to be displayed and editable for the billing and delivery address: and just to be DISPLAYED for the checkout page:
– FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME
– COMPANY NAME
– ADDRESS 1
– TELEPHONE
– EMAIL

Install it and configure the form to your needs.
