Hello,
The checkout page as well as the Shipping and Billing address are the functionality of Woocommerce and WoodMart does not influence that.
Please make sure you have configured Payment assuming billing and shipping address.
Woocommerce does not provide two billing addresses in the checkout. You can configure the Billing address by default and the option to add a different shipping addresses.
