    Hello,

    Simple question, on all the products it is systematically indicated new whereas in the product sheet I do not check this for all the products, could you tell me what to do to avoid having New on all the products.

    Hello,

    Whenever a new Product is added on the Site it shows the New Label on that. So, to hide the New Label you can go to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Shop >> Product labels >> New >> there you can turn off the toggle button of “New” label on products: https://ibb.co/mDKfBLg

    Hello ,

    Yes I know, but the problem is that some products have “New” while the box is unchecked, so I’m asking you about it, I’ll send you examples if necessary

    Hello,

    As you mentioned the New Label is appearing on some Products, so could you please edit those Products > and then go to the bottom of the Product edit area > there you can find the Product Settings area > in that if you find any Date added their for that respective Product then first try removing that Date and then check back the Product again. If there isn’t any Date added, then try turning off the Permanent “New” label option and then check back the Product again: https://ibb.co/qWqzbV9
