The API server can’t be reached – Theme License Activation

Hi,
I just bought another WoodMart template and when I try to add licenses I get this message.
“The API server can’t be reached. Please, contact your hosting provider to check the connectivity with our xtemos.com server. If you need further help, please, contact our support center too.”
and I don’t know why but WPBakery plugin is no longer available for installation, why?

I sent this information to the hosting provider . it turns out they have a virus and they are trying to remove it.
