Single Product Layout Page – Elementor Server Error (Error 500)

chuananzParticipantHi there,
We tried to updated our Single Product Layout Page using Elementor Page Builder but there is an error that appears “Server Error (Error 500)”. We have deactivated all other plugins, except the one required, but still there is an error.
We reached out to our hosts and it seems like there is an error with the theme as seen in the error logs. Could you kindly check asap as we would like to edit the Single Page layout at the earlier.

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

We tried disabling all plugins that not related to the theme but the error still persists. Kindly access our admin to check. This only happens for the Single Product Page Layout currently.

It looks like you are trying to use our Layouts elements in Elementor PRO layouts. They can work with our theme layouts builder only.

Does it mean that we will need to delete the template to remove the error? Could you be sure on this?
On another note, it seems like the breadcrumb on the top of the Single Product page appears sometimes and other times it is not present. Could you please check on this?

chuananzParticipant1. We have deleted the template (now in trash) but the error still shows. Could you check on your end? This is important to us as we will need to edit the product page as an ecommerce store.
2. For example, the breadcrumb shows in link 1 but does not show in link 2. (see private content) You may click around different product pages and you will see the issue as well. Some product pages shows, while others doesn’t. Kindly assist asap.

Artem TemosKeymasterIt seems to happen due to Yoast SEO plugin. Please, update the plugin to the latest version and check how it works. Let us know about the result.

Thank you, it worked.
When editing the Single Product Page Layout, we added the “Recently Viewed Products” product grid/carousel. However, we noticed that the recently viewed products only shows when the user is logged in. Could we have it such that the recently view product shows even when the user is not logged in ?

chuananzParticipantYup, it only works if we turn off caching on our hosting. However, we will need to turn on caching for better performance. Is there a way to show the recently viewed products with caching on without the user logging in?
We tried enabling the “Update the AJAX on page” option but it does not work.

Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but your cache somehow affects this and even with an AJAX request, it doesn’t work. Try to use the WP Rocket cache plugin instead and see how it works.
