    Hello,

    I’m using the image carousel element on my website I have added the link but when I click the slider the page does not redirect can you please check this issue I have to share the screenshot and website login details below.

    Please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

    In this case, would be better to clone and move your site to the staging platform where we can test.

    Hello,

    The Staging of the website is not possible from our side, so kindly provide us with a window of 2 hours IST, when the site will be down. So that we can take a backup of the website and restore it if any issue arises.

    In general, the “Image carousel” is related to the WPBackery elements so please check how it works on the default theme so we will know whether our theme issue is or not.

    Thank you for your quick reply.

    I have using woodmart element now but am unable to see the left-right arrow, can you please check the issue? on mobile, the arrow showed properly instead of the desktop.

    Hello,

    The below code will help you to show these arrows, enter the code into the “Custom CSS for desktop” area in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.

    .wd-carousel-spacing-0 .custom-promo-banner .owl-nav>div[class*="next"] {
    right: 0;
}

.wd-carousel-spacing-0 .custom-promo-banner .owl-nav>div[class*="prev"] {
    left: 0;
}

    In order to not break other promo banners, I have added a specific custom CSS class.
