Coupon Plugin Not Working When Added to Cart View

    When I use a multitude of different coupon plugins non of them work in the cart view entry box. BUT if I add the coupon in the checkout page, it is applied and works fine no problem..

    Can anyone assist. The coupon is set to allow the use of only certain payment processors…

    The only issue with all the plugins tested is in the cart view page..

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but if you are using a third party Plugin on your Site in this regard, then we would recommend you to contact the respective Plugin Support in this regard because your mentioned concern is a third party Plugin related concern and it is out of our Item Support policy scope according to the Envato defined policies. Hope you can understand our limitations in this regard.

    Hello,

    Sorry to say but we have checked your Site and noticed that there was some Custom CSS added regarding displaying none the Cart Coupon which can be found under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global Custom CSS: https://ibb.co/bF1yP6R

    When we comment-out that CSS, the Cart Coupon input was appearing on the Cart page to add the Coupon Code: https://ibb.co/Y4Smj6s

    If that was the issue then it has been adjusted. If we misunderstood you then kindly if possible please provide a Video of your concern for our better understanding so that we can better assist you.

    No I added that CSS code to remove the coupon code from the CART page, because it does not work on Woodmart theme using any external coupon plugin, the only way these work is on the checkout page.

    So I disabled it on the Cart, if you could help resolve the issue with the theme and plugins it would be great..

    Hello,

    Please check how it works with the default wordpress theme because the Coupons are woocommerce functionality.
