So as I see, there is a problem with the theme and bootstrap, or with the owl library that you are using. It seems that bootstrap does implement also for medium devices up to 768px. Right from the bootstrap article:
Medium ≥768px
Also, there are up to 5 breakpoints in the article. So, some modification and probably concatenation is made, as the theme implements 3 breakpoints of them in the settings, but wp-bakery implements 4.
Is it possible that the theme can extend the bootstrap-generated CSS styles and include the Medium bootstrap breakpoint?
