Ajax “Add to Cart”

    Hi there,

    Our website already activate the ajax “add to cart” option.
    We have a product that is a custom product type that combine 2 products at the same time to display it in one page. The ajax action didn’t work, it’s refresh the page and show notification instead.
    But if we go to each individual product, it’s working fine.

    It is include these 2 products inside, ajax is working in these pages :

    Does it need to trigger something to activate the ajax?

    Hello,

    The site you provided is not workable. Please provide a workable site.

    Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

    Slider Revolution
    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    Contact Form 7
    MailChimp for WordPress
    WooCommerce
    Safe SVG

    If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Hello Elise,

    As of the moment I have not fixed the issue. It seems this issue only appears when the “Add to Cart” button in single product pages are clicked. Clicking the “Add to Cart” icon button in the shop page works properly. I’m currently enlisting the help of a wordpress developer to fix the issue. I may still need your help if he can’t fix it either.

    Hello,

    Did you try to check without plugins not related to the theme?

    Try to deactivate the child theme if you use the parent one and check if you have updated WoodCore plugin.
