Slides not working on Mobile

Slider on home page won’t work on mobile phones, tried to check all the settings on rev. slider but still not working!!!

It seems you have hidden the row on mobile, if you cannot find the option, insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will check.

Please check the slider settings perhaps you have hidden the slides in the Slider Revolution, WoodMart theme does not influence the slider.

No, absolutely not. I tried also to re-set the original slide taken from the demo imported website and it’s not working. Please solve this issue my customer is waiting for the website to be published. I don’t like that you said that I changed the slider rev. settings, It never worked, from the beginning. best regards.
i also created a brand new slide and it’s not working
And if I try to put the same slide on another position in the page it works. so it’s not a Slider revolution setting problem.
